Ship your first order

A step-by-step checklist from a new account to a parcel on its way, with links to the detailed guides.

Follow this checklist in order. Each step links to a page with full details.

Before you ship

  1. 1Create your account and log in. See Create your account and log in.
  2. 2Get your KYC approved. Submit your details and documents. See Complete your KYC. You cannot use the panel until this is approved.
  3. 3Add a pickup address. You cannot ship without one. See Add a pickup address.
  4. 4Add money to your wallet. Shipping charges are taken from your wallet when you book. If the balance is too low, Ship Now stops and asks you to recharge. See Recharge your wallet.

Get an order in

Choose the way that suits you:

  • Quick Order: go to B2C › Quick Order and enter the customer, address, products and package details. See Create an order.
  • Bulk import: upload many orders at once. See Bulk import orders.
  • Connect your store: bring in orders automatically from your online store. See Connect your store.
Cash on delivery (COD) orders from a connected store wait in an approval step before they can ship. See Approve COD orders.

Ship it

  1. 1Open B2C › Shipments. Your new shipment is listed there.
  2. 2Click Ship Now. RouteOne shows courier options with rates to choose from. See Ship Now and choose a courier. You can compare charges first with the Rate calculator.
  3. 3Confirm. The shipping charge is deducted from your wallet and an AWB (tracking number) is created.

Hand it over

  1. 1Download the label and invoice, print the label and stick it on the parcel. See Labels and invoices.
  2. 2Schedule the pickup and generate the manifest. See Schedule pickup and manifest.
  3. 3Keep the parcel packed and ready. The courier collects it from your pickup address.

After it leaves

You can also set up your label size, tracking page and customer messages from Settings. Start with A tour of the dashboard if you want to see where everything is.
