Create a single order (Quick Order)

Add one B2C order by hand: buyer, products, box size and weight, pickup location and payment mode.

Use Quick Order when you have a phone, WhatsApp or walk-in order and want to book it in a minute. You can also open it from Orders with Create Order › Single Order.

Open the form

  1. 1In the left menu, open B2C › Quick Order.
  2. 2Choose how you want to fill it: the guided steps, or the full form on one page. Use Show full form or Switch to guided steps at the top to change.
  3. 3Fill in the sections below, then ship or save the order.
If you leave the form half-filled, your draft is saved on that device. You will see Draft restored next time, with a Discard draft button.

What to fill in

SectionWhat you enter
Order DetailsOrder ID (required, your own reference), Order Date, and Channel.
Buyer detailsName, Mobile Number (10 digits), optional alternate number and email, address lines, Pincode, City and State. City and state fill in from the pincode, or you can type them.
Billing addressSame as shipping by default. Untick it to enter a different billing address.
ProductsProduct Name, SKU, Price and Qty for each line. Use the add button for more lines. Price must be more than 0.
Package DetailsDead Weight (kg) and Box Dimension (cm) (length, width, height). You can pick a saved package, or enter your own.
Pickup LocationThe address the courier collects from. Add one here if you have none yet.
PaymentPrepaid or Cash On Delivery, plus shipping charges, transaction fee, discount and, for COD, any Prepaid Amount.

Order date

Order Date is the date you want shown on the order. If you leave it empty, today's date is used.

Box size and weight

Enter the real packed weight in Dead Weight (kg) and the box length, width and height in centimetres. Couriers charge on the higher of actual and volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000), so accurate sizes help you avoid weight disputes later. See weight discrepancy for what happens if a courier measures differently.

Payment mode

  • Prepaid: the buyer has already paid. Nothing is collected at delivery.
  • Cash On Delivery: the courier collects the amount from the buyer. If the buyer paid part of it upfront, enter that in Prepaid Amount and only the balance is collected.
If the declared order value is high enough, an E-way bill number (12 digits) is required. The form tells you when it is needed.

Ship it

  1. 1Click Ship Now (on the last step, or at the bottom of the full form).
  2. 2RouteOne fetches courier rates and shows them under Courier Options.
  3. 3Select a courier and click Confirm & Create Shipment.

Your wallet is debited when the courier is booked. Read Ship Now and choose a courier for how rates and the wallet debit work.

Every order needs an Order ID that is new in your account. If you see "already exists", use a different reference. More in Same order ID across stores.
