Approve COD orders

Cash on Delivery orders can be risky, so RouteOne holds them for you to check. They sit in the Pending Approval tab on the Orders page until you approve them. Prepaid orders do not need this step.

Approve orders

1. 1Go to B2C › Orders and open the Pending Approval tab.
2. 2Check the order. Open it to review the buyer, address, items and any RTO risk shown.
3. 3Tick one or many orders, then click Approve. You can also open a single order and click Approve Order.

Approved orders move to Processing, and a shipment is created for each one in the Created tab of Shipments. From there you can ship it. See Ship Now and choose a courier.

Before you approve

• Confirm the phone number and address. Calling or messaging the buyer first reduces returns.
• Fix any mistake while the order is still in Pending Approval. See Edit, clone or cancel an order.
• If you do not want the order, cancel it instead of approving.
