Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RouteOne shipping platform (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you register.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate business, KYC and bank details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Platform access is granted after KYC verification and may be suspended for non-compliance.

2. Shipping and payments

• Shipping charges are debited from your prepaid wallet at the rates shown in your rate card.
• Weight discrepancies, RTO and other courier charges may be applied after shipment as per courier terms.
• COD amounts are remitted to your registered bank account on the published remittance cycle.

3. Prohibited items

You must not ship items that are illegal, hazardous or restricted by law or by the courier partners.

4. Liability

Courier liability for loss or damage is limited as per the respective courier partner's terms. RouteOne is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

Pincode, post-office and district data: contains data from India Post (All India Pincode Directory, data.gov.in), published under the Government Open Data License – India (GODL-India).
