A tour of the dashboard
Learn what is on the Home page, in the sidebar and in the top bar, including search, wallet, notifications and theme.
Once your account is approved, you will see the sidebar on the left, a top bar across the page and your work in the middle. This tour shows where things are.
The Home page
- Your Pending Tasks (last 30 days): counts of failed orders, forward orders pending approval, new shipments that need processing, and return orders waiting to be picked up. Click a task to open that list.
- Your Upcoming Pickups: shipments waiting for dispatch, grouped by pickup location and then by courier. It reminds you to keep parcels packed and ready.
- Manage team: a shortcut to invite and manage your team members.
- A Calculate a rate button to open the rate calculator.
Insights (just below Home) is a separate page with your business numbers.

You only see the menus your role allows. For example, Invoice is hidden for roles without billing access. See Users and roles.
The top bar
- Search: type an AWB, Shipment ID or Order ID in the box that says Search AWB, Shipment ID, Order ID... to jump to it.
- Quick actions (the lightning icon): shortcuts for Add B2C Order, Add B2B Order, Bulk Import, Calculate Rate, Create a Ticket and Return Order.
- Wallet pill: shows your balance. Click it to add money. The small refresh icon updates the balance. Hover to see Hold Balance and Credit Limit.
- Notifications (the bell): important notices for your account. When there is nothing new, it says You're all caught up.
- Theme toggle: switch between light and dark mode.
- Profile menu: your profile, where you can change your password, and a shortcut to Settings.
