Create your account and log in

Sign up for RouteOne, log in, reset a forgotten password and know what happens next.

RouteOne is a shipping panel for online sellers. You create one account for your business, add your KYC details, and then you can start shipping. This page covers sign-up, login and password reset.

Create your account

  1. 1Open the RouteOne sign-up page and click Create an account on the login screen if you are not there already.
  2. 2Fill in Business name, Your name, Email, Phone and Password.
  3. 3Tick the box to accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. You cannot continue without it.
  4. 4Click the sign-up button. You are logged in straight away and taken to the KYC page.
Your password needs at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character. Use a mobile number you can be reached on. An account already using your email cannot sign up again; log in instead.

What happens after sign-up

Your account is created in a pending state. Until our team approves your KYC, you cannot open the dashboard. The next step is to complete your KYC. Once it is approved, the full panel opens up.

Log in

  1. 1Go to the login page. It says Welcome back.
  2. 2Enter your Email and Password.
  3. 3Click Login.

If the email or password is wrong, you will see Invalid email or password. Check for typing mistakes and try again.

Forgot your password?

  1. 1On the login page, click Forgot password?.
  2. 2Enter the email you signed up with. We send a reset link to that address.
  3. 3Open the email and click the link. The page says Set a new password.
  4. 4Choose a new password and save it. Then log in with it.
For safety, the page shows the same message whether or not the email has an account. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and make sure you typed the right address. A reset link works for a limited time; if it has expired, request a new one.

Change your password later

When you are logged in, open Settings and choose Change Password under Profile Management. You can also reach your profile from the menu at the top right.

Team members

If you were invited by a colleague, you do not sign up. You will get an email with a one-time link to set your own password. See Users and roles.
