Track your shipments

Follow each parcel on its timeline, understand every status, and share the tracking link with your customer.

RouteOne collects updates from the courier and shows them in one place, so you do not need to visit the courier's site.

Find a shipment

Open B2C › Shipments. The tabs follow the parcel's journey. Use the search box or More Filter to find one by order ID, name, phone or AWB.

StatusWhat it means
CreatedOrder is ready, no courier booked.
AssignedCourier booked, AWB issued.
Ready to ShipPickup has been requested.
ShippedPickup is scheduled (manifest generated).
In TransitThe courier has the parcel and it is moving.
DeliveredHanded to your customer.
RTOThe parcel is being returned to you.
ExceptionSomething needs attention, such as a failed delivery.

The shipment timeline

Open a shipment to see its Tracking Timeline with each update, along with the Shipment Summary and Charge Breakdown. A Track Now button on the card takes you there.

Tracking updates can take some time to appear after the courier scans the parcel. If a timeline looks behind, check again a little later.

Share tracking with your customer

From Ready to Ship onward, the AWB on the shipment card is a link to a public tracking page. Your customer can open it without logging in. It shows the status timeline, courier and AWB. You can set up its look in Tracking page branding.

Customer notifications

RouteOne can email your customer when the parcel ships, and can send tracking back to your connected store. Control what is sent in Notifications and communications.

Parcels in Exception often need action. See Handle NDR.
