Tracking page branding

Put your own brand name, colour and support details on the tracking page your customers see.

When your customer opens the tracking link for their parcel, they land on a tracking page. You can make that page look like your brand instead of showing a generic one.

Customise the page

  1. 1Go to Settings › Customised Tracking Page (the page is called Tracking page).
  2. 2In the Branding card, enter your Brand Name. It is shown as the tracking page title.
  3. 3Pick your Primary Color. Enter a hex colour such as #0d9488.
  4. 4Add a Support Email and Support Phone so customers know where to reach you.
  5. 5Switch Show marketing banner on or off.
  6. 6Click Save Changes.

The Preview card shows a sample page that updates as you type, so you can check the look before saving.

Who can change it
