Company profile and bank details

Keep your business details, logo, bank account and billing address up to date.

Your company profile holds your business identity, your logo and the bank account where payouts are sent. Billing Preference controls the address printed on your invoices.

Company Profile

Open Settings › Company Profile. At the top you can see your business name, KYC Status and Wallet Balance. Then three cards:

  • Company Details: Company Name (required), Legal Name, GSTIN and PAN Number. GSTIN and PAN are checked for a valid format when you save.
  • Brand Logo: upload a logo image. It must be under 200KB. Your logo can appear on labels and customer emails if you switch those options on.
  • Bank Details: Bank Name, Account Number and IFSC Code.

Click Save Changes at the bottom. If a field is not valid, you will see a message that tells you which one.

If the page says your saved IFSC looks invalid, correct it and save again so payouts do not fail.

Bank details

This is the account used for your payouts, such as COD remittance. The same bank details appear on Settings under Bank Details, which opens this page. Take care when editing them.

  • Account numbers are validated, and the IFSC is checked as you type.
  • Only the Owner and Admin roles can edit the profile.

To learn how COD money reaches you, see COD remittance.

KYC Details

Settings › KYC Details shows your verification status and documents. For first-time submission, follow Complete your KYC.

Billing Preference

Settings › Billing Preference sets the billing address and GST used on your invoices. Choose one of two modes:

  • Default (KYC Address): every invoice uses one billing address, your registered KYC address.
  • Multi-Location: map a different billing address to each pickup location. Under Address Details, enter a name, mobile, GSTIN and address for every pickup location listed.

For Multi-Location, you need to add your pickup addresses first. Click Save Changes when done. To set invoice numbering and content, see Label and invoice settings.
