Label and invoice settings

Choose your shipping label size and contents, and set how your invoices are numbered and what they show.

Two settings pages shape the documents you print for each parcel: Label Configuration for the shipping label, and Invoice Preferences for the customer invoice. Both are under Settings in the Shipment Settings group.

Label Configuration

Open Settings › Label Configuration. The Label Settings card has these options:

  • Label Size: 4 x 6 in (Thermal), A4, or Thermal roll.
  • Copies per label: 1, 2 or 3 copies.
  • Show company logo: prints your brand logo on each label.
  • Show invoice value: displays the declared order value.
  • Show product SKU: includes SKU codes in the item list.

A Live Preview card on the page shows a sample label that updates as you change options. Click Save Changes when you are happy.

Your logo comes from your company profile. Upload it under Settings › Company Profile. See Company profile and bank details.

Invoice Preferences

Open Settings › Invoice Preferences. It has two cards.

Invoice Numbering

  • Set an Invoice Prefix, for example INV-.
  • Invoice numbers are your prefix followed by the order ID. The page shows an example so you can see the result.
  • A prefix can only contain letters, numbers, hyphen, slash and underscore.

Invoice Content

  • Show GSTIN on invoice: displays your GSTIN in the invoice header.
  • Signature Text: if left blank, the invoice prints “For” followed by your company name.
  • Terms & Conditions: text shown at the bottom of every invoice.

Click Save Changes to apply.

Billing address on invoices

The address that appears as your billing address is set separately, under Settings › Billing Preference. See Company profile and bank details.

Where to print them

After you ship, download labels and invoices from the Shipments page. See Labels and invoices.

Changing these settings affects documents you generate from now on. Only the Owner and Admin roles can edit them.
