Invoices and your rate card

Find your RouteOne invoices, update billing details and see the shipping rates that apply to your account.

Two pages help you understand what you are charged. Invoice lists the invoices raised on your account, and Rate Card shows the shipping rates that apply to you.

Invoices

Open Billing › Invoice. Each row shows the Invoice No, the billing Period, the Amount, the GST, the Total and the Status (Generated or Paid). Search by invoice number, filter by date or status, and click Export to download a CSV.

The top of the page shows the billing details used on your invoices: your billing name, GSTIN and address. If they are missing or wrong, use the link Edit in Settings → Billing Preference.

Only team members with billing access can see the Invoice page. Ask your account owner if it is missing from your menu.

Shipping charges per shipment

Billing › Shipping Charges breaks down what each shipment cost: Freight, COD Charge, Total, any Refunded amount, Weight Adj. and the Net Charge. Search by AWB, order or shipment ID.

Your rate card

Open Tools › Rate Card to see the rates for your account. Each row is a courier and delivery mode in a zone, with the forward rate for a base weight, the COD Flat and COD % charges, and the delivery time in days (TAT (days)).

  1. 1Open Tools › Rate Card.
  2. 2Use All Couriers to pick a courier and All Zones to pick a zone.
  3. 3Read the rate for your shipment's zone and weight.

These are the same rates the rate calculator and Quick Order use when they quote you, and they are shown before GST. For an exact quote on a specific parcel, use the Rate calculator.

Zones

The zone depends on the pickup and delivery pincodes, so the same parcel can cost different amounts for different customers. The rate calculator works it out for you.
