Compare courier prices and delivery dates for any route and weight before you ship.
The Rate Calculator shows what shipping will cost, and when it should arrive, without creating an order. It is useful for quoting buyers or checking a new route.
Get a quote
- 1Open Tools › Rate Calculator.
- 2Choose B2C or B2B at the top.
- 3Enter the Pickup Pincode and Delivery Pincode (6 digits each).
- 4Enter Actual Weight (kg) and the box Dimensions (cm): length, width and height.
- 5Choose the Payment Type: Prepaid or COD. For COD, set the Shipment Value (₹).
- 6Choose Dangerous Goods if it applies, then click Calculate.
Use Reset to start over.
Read the results
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Courier Partner | The courier and service. |
| Mode | How it travels, for example surface or air. |
| Chargeable Weight | The weight you are billed for. |
| Shipment Rate | Total price including GST. |
| EDD | Estimated delivery date. It is only a guide. |
How the weight is worked out
You are billed on the higher of your actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000), rounded up to the courier's weight slab. COD orders include a COD fee. Rates differ by route, courier and mode.
If no courier serves the route, the page says so. Try different details, or check the pincode with Tools › Pincode Serviceability.
