Download shipping labels and invoices

Print courier labels and tax invoices for one shipment or many, and stick them on the parcel before pickup.

Every parcel needs its courier label on the outside. RouteOne also makes a tax invoice you can put in the box.

Download for one shipment

  1. 1Open B2C › Shipments.
  2. 2On the shipment card, click Download Label. It appears once an AWB has been assigned.
  3. 3Click Download Invoice for the invoice.

Download in bulk

  1. 1Open the tab that holds your shipments, for example Assigned or Ready to Ship.
  2. 2Tick the shipments you want.
  3. 3Click Bulk Action and choose Download Labels or Download Invoices.
  4. 4A PDF opens in a new tab. Print it from there.

These actions are available on the Assigned, Ready to Ship, Shipped, In Transit, Delivered, RTO, Exception and All tabs.

Labels exist only after a courier is booked. If you select shipments without an AWB, you will be told labels are available once a shipment is Assigned or Ready to Ship.

Tips

  • Print and stick the label before you schedule the pickup, so the courier can scan it straight away.
  • Pop the invoice inside the parcel, or stick it in a pouch outside.
  • Cancelled shipments no longer have a usable label.

To change how your labels and invoices look, see Label and invoice settings.
