Cargo+ (B2B) overview

Cargo+ is RouteOne's section for heavy, multi-box B2B consignments: orders, shipments, manifests, appointments, NDR and weight checks.

Cargo+ is the part of RouteOne built for B2B consignments: bulky or multi-box freight sent to businesses, usually with an invoice, and sometimes with an e-way bill. It has its own menu group in the left navigation, separate from the regular B2C parcels.

What is in the Cargo+ menu

Menu itemWhat you do there
OrdersCreate Cargo+ orders (single or quick), then ship, clone or cancel them.
ShipmentsFollow booked consignments, print labels and cancel a shipment.
Pickup and ManifestSelect shipments that are ready and click Generate Manifest.
Book AppointmentSchedule a pickup or delivery slot against an order.
Cargo+ NDRAct on consignments that could not be delivered.
Cargo+ Weight DiscrepancyReview weight differences and accept or dispute them.

How Cargo+ differs from B2C

  • One order can carry several invoices, and each invoice can carry several products packed in several boxes.
  • Weight is entered as dead weight per box, with the number of boxes and box dimensions.
  • You can attach the invoice document and record the GSTIN, PO number and e-way bill details.
  • Payment is either Prepaid (freight is charged to your wallet) or To-Pay (Freight on Delivery) (freight is collected from the consignee).
  • Delivery can be Appointment Based, which needs a booked slot with the consignee.

The usual journey

  1. 1Create the order under Cargo+ › Orders. See Create a Cargo+ order.
  2. 2Click Ship Now on the order. The courier partner issues the consignment's LR (lorry receipt) number. If it is still being generated, the shipment shows as waiting until it arrives.
  3. 3Print the label from Cargo+ › Shipments and generate a manifest under Pickup and Manifest.
  4. 4Optionally book a slot under Book Appointment.
  5. 5Track the shipment. If delivery fails, handle it under Cargo+ NDR. See Cargo+ NDR and weight.

Order and shipment statuses

Orders move through Processing, Ready to Ship, Shipped, Cancelled and Closed. Shipments use Booking, Ready to Ship, Manifested, In Transit, Delivered, RTO In Transit, RTO, Lost and Cancelled.

Cancelling a Cargo+ shipment refunds its freight to your wallet. You can cancel with the Cancel button on the Shipments page.
Your account needs to be set up before you ship: complete KYC, add a pickup warehouse and keep your wallet funded. See Get started.
